1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support@alsonotify.com. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for renewals or upgrades.
3. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Partial usage of services
- Downtime or technical issues not caused by Alsonotify
- Violations of our Terms of Service
